Terms of service

1. Who provides Locisyn

Locisyn is operated by Juniper Solutions Kft. ("we", "us"). Registered seat: 1053 Budapest, Ferenciek tere 2. Fsz., Hungary. Company registration number: 01-09-450700, registered by the Company Court of the Budapest-Capital Regional Court. Tax number: 32942880-1-41. EU VAT number: HU32942880.

2. Business customers only

Locisyn is meant for businesses and professionals who plan events for a company or a team. By creating an account you confirm that you act for a business and that you may accept these terms for it.

3. What the service does

You describe your offsite in a brief. Our software analyses it, ranks suitable kinds of venues and activities, and, after you unlock the service, contacts venues on your behalf to ask for availability and prices. We collect the replies, summarise the offers and show them to you.

We are not a travel agent or an organiser, and we do not book or pay anything for you. You choose a venue and agree the booking and the payment directly with it.

Because we only collect and compare offers and you contract directly with each venue, we do not act as a travel organiser or travel intermediary within the meaning of the Hungarian travel rules. We do not conclude contracts for accommodation, transport or other travel services on your behalf, we do not receive money for them, and we do not sell packages.

4. Pilot phase

Locisyn is in a pilot phase. Features, venues, prices and response times can change. Some conversations with venues may be simulated or handled by our team, and payments may run in test mode, where no money is charged. We tell you on the payment page when that applies.

5. Your account

Give correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect that someone else uses it.

6. Fee and payment

You pay the one-off fee shown on the payment page for each request that you unlock. The fee covers our work of sourcing and comparing offers. It does not include what venues charge you.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stated prices do not include VAT where VAT applies, and we issue an invoice for each payment.

Contact us at info@junipersolutions.eu if something went wrong with a payment or if we could not obtain any offer for you. We look at each case and answer in writing.

7. Offers from venues

Offers, prices and availability come from the venues. They are not binding on us, can change, and may contain mistakes. Our software can also misread or summarise a message wrongly. Check every offer with the venue before you rely on it or book.

Contracts about venues, food, transport and activities are made between you and the venue. We are not a party to them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not put in unlawful or misleading content, try to break or overload the service, try to reach data of other users, copy the service at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

9. Content and rights

You keep the rights to what you submit. You allow us to use it to provide the service, including passing the details of your request to venues, and to run and improve the service.

The software, design and texts of Locisyn belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fee you paid for the request concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for intentional breach, for damage to life, body or health, or for other cases that Hungarian law does not allow to exclude.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Locisyn and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature continue to apply, such as liability, stay in force.

12. Changes

We may change these terms, for example when the service changes. We publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using Locisyn after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. We tell you about material changes in advance.

13. Governing law

Hungarian law applies. The courts competent in Budapest decide disputes, as far as mandatory rules do not provide otherwise.
